    Business Development Rep

    We are looking for high-energy, driven professionals with a passion for learning and with natural sales instincts to join our sales division. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance in our organization by demonstrating their ability to be tenacious self-starters every day.     As a Business Development Representative you will gain experience interacting with clients of all levels, in a variety of industries and across a range of geographical territories. You will be part of a sales team consisting of a 5 Sales Managers qualifying new business. Ideal candidates should be eager to advance through a defined learning and earning path.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Respond to and qualify incoming web and phone inquiries regarding HireHaven services and products
    • Create a great first impression to our prospects and customers by providing them with a top notch experience and service
    • Partner with our experienced Sales Managers to help fill their pipeline and develop your skills
    • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through creative follow-up communications designed to increase customer interest in HireHaven services and products

    Sales Manager

    We are seeking a Sales Manager who will play an integral role in helping customers through the sales funnel from initial inquiry to project installation. You will be handling inbound leads almost exclusively and will be tasked with converting these into paying customers while simultaneously delivering an exceptional customer experience.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Consistently exceed aggressive sales targets by fielding inbound leads, which originate from our website and marketing programs, and converting these leads into paying customers
    • Shepherd prospective customers through the sales process, which includes evaluating customer needs, educating customers on solutions, setting proper expectations, and providing project pricing & details using our software and systems
    • Occasionally meet with customers face-to-face in order to help them feel more comfortable with HireHaven and our services
    • Help drive referral business by leveraging existing customer relationships
    • Create an amazing customer experience

    • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in a fast paced office environment, with at least 1 year of sales experience

    Home Renovation Consultant

    HireHaven is a rapidly growing, Boston-based, startup with an ambitious vision to completely transform how homeowners and commercial properties complete renovation projects. We have done 1,400+ residential projects in the last 2 years and we are looking for to add a team member who can meet with perspective customers to discuss their home renovations (windows, siding, roofing and doors) along with estimate any additional labor costs for their project.

    The position will on-site doing daily consultations and assist in estimating upcoming projects. This person will also take on responsibility for building and enhancing relationships with our clients to help us win the project.

    The ideal candidate will be ready to roll up their sleeves and provide leadership and oversight into priorities and KPI’s for success. This includes monitoring daily progress for projects including being hands-on visiting customer sites and ensuring that our messaging and services are being properly delivered. The position will require you to be comfortable dealing with change, working under tight deadlines, and establishing excellent collaboration across different parts of a startup organization.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Visiting our perspective customers residents daily to discuss their home renovation projects
    • Work with our home office to schedule consultations and provide notes on the consultation
    • Ability to provide home office with estimates on any additional labor and/or material costs
    • Utilize technology to customers visualize their project
    • Complete regular reports on activities and drive action plans (i.e. sites visited, contacts made, issues handled, quality checks completed, etc.)
    • Create and track KPIs, analyze ROI and demonstrate direct business impact

    • 3+ years of construction/renovation experience including replacing windows, siding, roofing and doors
